Yoga is an ancient technique for healing the body and spirit, which every year becomes more and more relevant and in demand among people of different ages. Yoga develops flexibility, improves muscle tone, completely heals the body. Regularly engaging in wellness practices triggers natural immune processes. As a result, a person is much less likely to get sick, and in case of illness he recovers faster, even without the use of drugs. For many, yoga is the path to health.

The Ukrainian Yoga Federation in Kramatorsk is recruiting applicants for classes in the groups «Yoga for a Healthy Spine», «Fly Yoga» (yoga in hammocks), «Mandala Dance» (women's practice), «Chakra Breathing», «Pranayama» and «Yoga Relax».

Yoga for the spine makes the musculoskeletal system strong and flexible, activates the functions of all organs, improves metabolism, strengthens the muscle corset and immunity, develops flexibility, relaxes and relieves stress.

Fly Yoga (alternative names for hammock yoga and aero yoga) originated in the United States. The author of this movement is the Broadway dancer, choreographer and gymnast Christopher Harrison. Yoga in hammocks is a great addition to classic yoga techniques. Just one lesson - and the tension in the neck and back, as it were. The hammock is a support during classes. Therefore, even a beginner in aero yoga has access to those asanas, which normally take several months to master.

Pranayama is a breathing exercise that affects the physiological and emotional sphere of a person. The practice of pranayama expands the adaptive functions of the body, a person can more easily endure the experiences of various altered states.

Mandala dance is a technique for women. Yoga enhances feminine energy, balances feminine and masculine principles in energy, reveals inner potential.

Sound therapy pacifies a person, harmonizes his energy, removes the negative accumulated during the working day. The therapeutic effect arises due to the phenomenon of resonance - the sound wave affects the organs of the body and brings them back to normal.

Classes in groups are held under the strict guidance of an experienced instructor who pays attention to each student, monitors the correctness of the exercises and provides insurance.

Group classes are the best motivation and endurance training for beginners, and a more affordable option than one-to-one sessions with a trainer.
